AGM 2025
Come to our AGM
We look forward to welcoming you to the AGM on Thursday 24 April 2025.
We're pleased to announce that there will be the option to attend in person, after many years of entirely virtual meetings due to Covid. Of course, there will still be the option to join virtually too.
The event will take place at the Imperial War Museum Duxford, an exciting venue in our heartland charting the history of British aviation defence. You can learn more about the museum here.

Join in person at Duxford IWM
If you wish to join us, please register your attendance by emailing agm@saffronbs.co.uk. Places at the event are limited, so please ensure you do register to avoid disappointment. As part of the event, we are offering members a complimentary 1 hour visit to the Imperial War Museum Duxford. Once your place is confirmed by us, we will share further information with you.

You can also join the meeting online which will allow you to watch the AGM, submit questions for the Board to answer in real time and cast your vote. To join, click the link below and enter the meeting ID 30336 and your online voting codes, which were sent to you via your proxy form or email.

Ask questions
We encourage you to ask questions before the AGM to ensure that we can give you the best answer possible. You can submit these to agm@saffronbs.co.uk. Answers to these questions will be provided at the AGM. Please note, we may not be able to answer all questions on the day and may need to answer your question after the AGM.

By having your say, you get to shape the future of Saffron Building Society. Your vote influences the way we do business and allows you to elect our Directors.
