Our Promises, Your Peace of Mind
Our Savings Promises provide you with additional peace of mind, including penalty-free access to your money if your life circumstances significantly change (e.g. critical illness, redundancy, etc).
Penalty-free access if your life circumstances significantly change
When life gets complicated the last thing you should have to worry about is money. So if your circumstances change and you need access to your savings to cope, we will review your account(s) and waive any penalties and withdrawal restrictions*. This even applies to fixed rate bonds and ISAs.
14 days to change your mind
We offer a 14 day ‘cooling off period’ on all our accounts, so if you change your mind just let us know and we’ll return your money or help you switch to
another Saffron account if you prefer. No fuss and free of all penalties.

Need help with your savings goals? Our complimentary Financial Wellbeing review will explain the different saving options available and help you choose the right accounts for you completely obligation-free. We can help you in-branch or over the phone – whatever works best for you.

*A significant change in circumstances is defined as: critical or terminal illness, death, redundancy, nursing home or elderly care costs, divorce or court order, for you or an immediate relative.
