Saffron Building Society are committed to ensuring we keep our Members safe and secure when they access their money online. If you are unable to connect to the online savings portal you may need to update or adjust your browser settings.
You will have recently received our communication about strengthening the password requirements for your online account(s). When you next log in to your account, you will be asked to change your password if it does not meet the new requirements.
You will first need to reset the security of your account. Please click here to reset your security. If you do not have all the details required please call us on 0800 072 1100, our opening hours are Monday-Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, except Wednesdays 9.30am to 5.00pm and Saturdays 9.00am to 1.00pm.
