How do I apply for a Saffron business savings account?

You can apply online, in branch or by post. Our online accounts can only be opened online, but can be managed online or via the app once opened.

Can I switch my Saffron Account after taking a savings product?

For most of our business savings accounts, the answer is yes. However, with our Business Bonds, you can’t take money out and you can’t close your account within the fixed term.

What types of company can have a Saffron Building Society business account?

From large businesses to small clubs, Saffron offers a range of business savings accounts to make investing as simple as possible. The type of business, or sector you’re working in, should not affect your ability to open a business savings account with Saffron.

Can I open a business savings account online?

Yes. You can open, and operate, all our business savings accounts online with the exception of our Sports and Social Clubs account.

What is the Financial Services Compensation Scheme?

Saffron Building Society is a member of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) established under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
